To the credit of the neighborhood association Port Richmond North Shore Alliance (formerly Port Richmond Strong), there is a fresh spirit on Port Richmond Avenue with this upscale Italian eatery. In the midst of a vibrant (and extraordinary) Mexican food scene with mainstays like Ralph’s and Denino’s, the sit-down spot offers an appealing wine (and cocktail) component that helps it live up to its name (translated as “the bottle.”)
